The Presidents’ Annual Dinner is a historic, formal black tie dinner and ceilidh hosted each November by the Presidents of the RMS.

This year’s dinner will be held at the Royal College of Surgeons on Nicolson Street on Saturday 10th November 2018.

On entrance, you will be professionally piped in and escorted to the champagne drinks reception. A decadent three-course meal will follow, served with a plentiful supply of wine at each table.

Our esteemed guests include many past members who have gone on to become successful in their respective fields, so this is a unique opportunity to network and meet brilliant people, including this year’s Guest of Honour. In 2017, we were thrilled to welcome Professor Roy Taylor from the University of Newcastle as our Guest of Honour.

Finally, the night will be topped off with a traditional Scottish ceilidh, so don’t forget your dancing shoes! Our professional photographer will be there to capture you all dressed in your finery, so the memories will last a lifetime.

Tickets will be available online and in the office in October. These sell out well in advance, so be sure to secure them quickly!
