The Royal Medical Society wishes all it’s members the best with their upcoming undergraduate exams. Remember, the RMS has a well stocked refurbished library and computer suite with 24 hour access for members.

2010 Freshers’ Committee
The RMS is looking for members to help out in Freshers Week in September 2010.
The University’s events will be running from Saturday 11th to Sunday 19th and the Royal Medical Society provides all the entertainment for fresher medics. We will be hosting a Freshers’ Fayre (including great deals on medical student essentials – textbooks, stethoscopes…), quizzes and the famous White Coats/Scrubs Pub Crawl.
We’re looking for current first and second year students who are eager to take part in organising the events, getting sponsorship deals and enjoying all the events you’ll organise!

Tutorial – Bones, Cartilage and Joints
Coming up for first years is the last in our series of tutorials before the exams for the first year members. It’s on the topic of Bones, Cartilage and Joints and will give members the “bare bones” of what they need for their exams and also a taster of what’s to come in future years.
It’s at the RMS, 8pm on Tuesday 11th May 2010.
AEGM: New council for 274th Session
The RMS held it’s AEGM on Tuesday 27th April and members voted in the new council (See the Council tab above for the whole list).
It’s a great mix of experience and new faces and Kristina and everyone else have some great ideas for the coming year.
